Inspired by her late mother, a respected broker with more than 40 years of experience, she grew up witnessing the dedication, professionalism, and personal commitment required to guide clients through one of life's most significant financial and emotional decisions. Today, she serves a diverse range of buyers, sellers, investors, and relocating clients throughout the DMV, with particular expertise in Washington, D.C., Chevy Chase, Bethesda, Northwest D.C., and the close-in communities of Maryland and Northern Virginia.

Prior to launching her real estate career, Kyrsten worked at ESPN's headquarters in Connecticut, where she specialized in television production, writing, and editing. Her work in sports broadcasting earned her two Emmy Award nominations, reflecting the creativity, precision, and dedication that continue to define her professional approach today. After relocating to the Washington, D.C. area, she joined WeddingWire, where she developed and sold marketing strategies for small businesses nationwide. She continues to leverage her expertise in storytelling, technology, and digital marketing to create innovative and effective strategies that help her clients achieve outstanding results.
A graduate of West Virginia University, Kyrsten graduated first in her class and earned the School of Journalism's Top Scholar Award, the university's highest academic distinction within the School of Journalism.
Beyond real estate, Kyrsten is deeply committed to service, advocacy, and community involvement. As a breast cancer survivor, she is passionate about supporting women facing cancer diagnoses and raising awareness through education, advocacy, and philanthropic efforts. Her personal experience has reinforced her belief in the power of resilience, compassion, and community.
Kyrsten has volunteered with organizations including Make-A-Wish, the Alzheimer's Association, and the Hamels Foundation, through which she traveled to Malawi, Africa, to help build schools and expand educational opportunities for local children. She is actively involved with the West Virginia University Alumni Association's National Capital Chapter and remains a dedicated supporter of the Washington arts community.
A lifelong dancer with more than 22 years of ballet training, Kyrsten enjoys immersing herself in all that the region has to offer, from theater and the performing arts to exploring the neighborhoods she proudly serves. She lives in Chevy Chase, D.C., with her daughter, Judith James, and her beloved pups, Barkley and Maisel.

Known for her thoughtful, relationship-driven approach, Eleanor combines deep knowledge of the greater Washington, D.C. region with a genuine commitment to understanding her clients' goals. Whether assisting buyers, sellers, downsizers, or those relocating within the area, she provides trusted guidance, clear communication, and attentive service every step of the way.
Before beginning her real estate career, Eleanor worked as a fundraiser, where she developed extensive experience in relationship management, stewardship, strategic communication, and discretion. These skills continue to shape her client-centered approach and her ability to build lasting relationships based on trust.
An active member of the community, Eleanor is involved with All Saints Church, where she previously served as Stewardship Chair. She also supports the fundraising efforts of the Washington Winter Show as a current member of its Board.

A native of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Eleanor moved to Chevy Chase, Maryland, in 2009 and has called the Washington region home ever since. Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with her husband, John, their two young sons, and the family's four dogs. She is actively involved in her sons' schools and enjoys supporting the arts, a passion rooted in her Art History degree from the University of Georgia.
